Featuring over seventy five new works by invited artists, our annual Summer Exhibition opens with a colourful flourish of fabulousness. As we bid farewell to 2008 and welcome 2009, the gallery walls vibrantly reflect the diverse talents of our New Zealand, Italian and overseas artists. Works by Mark Cross, Eugenea, Ian Hamlin and Paul Coney compliment those of other invited artists. This combination of outstanding talents succeeds in creating a brilliant collection full of variety. From the small iconic masterpieces of Patricia Payne to the dramatic large scale landscapes of Lawrence Leitch, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.
