Capri has and a strong influence on Serafina, and in her work she strives to capture the flavor of the island's romantic gardens with a wistful play of light and shadow. These works are among her most favored. She paints Wisteria, Chrysanthemums, Hydrangeas, and Germaniums. The richness of color found in each of these beautiful garden varieties, combined with Serafina's convivial brushstroke has been her ticket to success.
