  • Thanks to the multitude of RWC visitors, many paintings have been dispatched worldwide. From Cannes in the South of France to Singapore and Wales. These paintings will grace walls and serve as reminders of happy days spent in the Land of the Long White Cloud and now the rugby capital of tout le monde!
  • This weekend - 29th October a colourful selection of Henryk Szydlowski paintings from his private collection will be on view.

Henryk Szydlowski 'Still Life with the Magic Birds'
  • Auckland artist Sir Peter Siddell passed away yesterday at Mercy Hospital. In 1979 Siddell was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council travel grant. He used the money to visit and study in Australia. In 1990 he was made a Companion of the Queen's Service Order for community service. In 2008 he was knighted. His wife Sylvia, also an artist died earlier this year. Our condolences to the Siddell family.
