The French Connection - currently on show at Dunedin Public Art Gallery is an exhibition drawn from the Gallery's collection. It celebrates Frances Hodgkins' special relationship with Impressionism and features 'Landscape through Trees, Tilty Wood' by Lucien Pissarro purchased from International Art Centre last year. It is great the gallery was able to make the purchase and keep the treasured art work in New Zealand.
