The Tongariro Alpine Crossing is an incredible 19km journey through Tongariro National Park, a UNESCO Dual World Heritage Park. The trail leads through a dramatic landscape encompassing cold mountain springs, ancient lava flows, steam vents and the spectacular Emerald Lakes.
